We saw this recipe on Modern Mrs. Darcy, and it looked so easy, we decided to give it a try!  It makes a very, very dark and dense chocolate cake, so if you prefer milk chocolate, you probably won't like this. Chocolate Chai Mini Loaves

We love to drink chai, so this recipe sounded interesting to us because the batter has chai mix in it and so does the frosting.  We used the homemade chai mix from my mom's blog, but you can also buy a mix from the store. Surprisingly, the loaves don't taste much like chai, probably because of the chocolate.  But they certainly are good!
